Submit Your Effort Credits!

If you have applied for support and would like to start creating and submitting your Effort Credits so that you can start receiving support, please complete 1 hr of effort in one of the 3 categories below.

Each hour of your effort towards one of these activities will earn you 1 Effort Credit that you can submit and trade in for 1 hr of session work!

Please fill out the Credit Submission Form below and email me a souvenir from your time completing your Effort Credit activity at katherinelovecure@gmail.com to record your effort credit. This souvenir can be a photo, a short video, an anecdote… anything really! Be creative!

The 3 ways to earn free mental /emotional health supporting sessions!

  1. Positive flow activities – doing something you love that you normally wouldn’t prioritize for yourself (this helps calm down your brain) 

  2. Skill building – practice or learn something to help you get your needs met in healthy ways (contact me if you want recommendations for this!)

  3. Positive human connection – connect with someone new, share a story or an experience, it might be difficult to connect with someone new now, but be creative!

I am not a non-profit, so I cannot offer sponsors a tax deduction.  I am simply a mental / emotional health practitioner, trying to make a difference the best way I can.  However, I am offering you equal donation of my time. We’re in this together – 50/50!
